Eleven troops took part in the Scout Swimming Gala on Friday, 14 November 2008:

Many thanks to all the leaders, helpers, parents etc who assisted with the running of the competition.

For future galas and sports days please can the leaders ensure that their scouts know their team letter.

In the 12 and under competition:

3rd: Petersham & Ham 20 points

2nd: St Mary Barnes 24 points

1st: 3rd Hampton Hill 29 points

In the 14 and under competition:

3rd: 1st St Margarets 19 points

2nd: 2nd Whitton (Animals) 24 points

1st: 3rd Hampton Hill 29 points

In the overall competition:

3rd: Petersham & Ham 35 points

2nd: 1st St Margarets 38 points

1st: 3rd Hampton Hill 58 points

The certificates for the individual events will be handed out in the next couple of weeks or so.
