On Saturday, 5 September 2009, 3 of our boats took part in the Great River Race 2009. This year the start was at the London Docklands (Millway Slipway) and we ended at Ham House.

The Dorney (skiff) was used by our U14 Scout team with Karin as cox, the Erik the Red Explorers (U16) used the George Vancouver and Tiny Timms was their cox. A team consisting of leaders, helpers and committee members (P&H Supporters) used the Phoenix II (GRR Jolly boat).
